Q: WHY STAGE A VACANT HOME?

A: When a buyer steps into an empty house, it’s not always easy for them to imagine how to define each space, especially if a house has a complicated layout. Each room has a purpose and staging helps to clearly identify that purpose to potential buyers. It’s not just about placing furniture and decorating - it’s about showing all the best aspects of a particular home, expanding their vision on how to utilize the space and helping them visualize a lifestyle. You only get once chance to make a first impression, thats why when your home is listed, you want to make sure it is perfectly presentable for showings, not just in pictures.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR STEP BY STEP PROCESS?

A: We start by scheduling an initial consultation. Our team comes to the property to get an idea of an exact floor plan. We measure each room in the house, take photos from all angles, define each space visually and take notes. We do this to better understand the layout and character of the house. This could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

BEFORE WE CAN PROCEED WITH THE STAGING PROCESS, WE REQUIRE THAT EACH PROPERTY BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. CLEAN AND WELL PREPARED HOME IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR BEST PRESENTATION.

  1. After the initial consultation we present our client with different package options and help them make a decision as to which package would be their best investment. Some homes require only the basic 3 room package, but homes with more complicated layouts require to stage extra room/rooms to define the space more clearly.

  2. When the decision has been made and client chooses their package option, we will send over our staging paperwork.

    NOTE: WE REQUIRE CONTRACT TO BE SIGNED AND PAYMENT TO BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A STAGING DATE.

  3. On the scheduled day of staging, the actual staging process takes anywhere between 3-5 hours once we arrive to the property. At the end we do a final walk through to make sure everything is immaculate and ready for pictures! You will be notified once the property is ready.

Q: CAN I SEE THE FURNITURE YOU’LL BE USING FOR THE HOUSE, WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE STAGING ITEMS YOU BRING IN?

A: We are a professional staging company with a vast experience, we are here to help you sell your house. Our furniture selection, decor and artwork are placed in a way to compliment the house and help to clearly define it’s space. It’s possible that these items may not be to your personal taste, but Home Staging is not about the seller, it’s about the buyer and we know how to cater to them. Our goal is in alignment with yours which is to raise the value of your home and sell it fast and for top dollar!

Q: IN YOUR BASIC PACKAGE, WHAT ARE THE 3 ROOMS YOU STAGE?

A: These rooms are living room, dining room and primary bedroom. We always add a complimentary soft staging in the kitchen and bathrooms.
